One of the biggest advantages of this travel grill is its unique, international award-winning design. COBB Premier Air bottom, sides cool even at the highest cooking temperatures. You can grill anywhere!
You can take the grill home with you when you go on a picnic. When you're done cooking, all you have to do is pour water over the rest of the coals. The grill will be cool in just a minute. You can put the COBB in the car without waiting.
The COBB PremierAir grill can be fitted with all the accessories and cooking surfaces of the round COBB models, and if you lose a part, you can replace it with a new one at GRILIAI.LT
The grill is supplied with: stainless steel grill, universal plate, lifting handle, carry bag.
- Fuel Holder: This is where charcoal briquettes / COBB Cobblestone tablets are placed.
- Included in the set, the universal plate with 180 holes is coated with safe, non-stick Teflon. It can also serve as a deflector, dampening and distributing heat. When used as a deflector, cooking takes place on grill grates. Cleaning is similar to Teflon-coated pans.
- Setup: Ignition aids are placed in the center of the inner container's bottom. Above them, charcoal briquettes / COBB Cobblestone tablets are placed in the fuel holder. The ignition aids ignite the chosen fuel. If using briquettes, you can cook after approximately 15 minutes; with Cobblestone tablets, it takes about 5 minutes.
- Cooking: In the COBB grill, you can cook both "dry" and "wet" methods. Dry cooking is the usual grilling method. For wet cooking, it is recommended to pour water with spices or other liquids into the sides of the lower inner container, and add favorite herbs or garlic cloves. This way, dishes will acquire a subtle flavor, and will be juicy and tender. You can also cook potatoes wrapped in foil on the sides of the inner container to maximize the grill's volume.
- Smoking: Place wood chips or pieces directly on the heat source: briquettes or tablets. If you prefer to add chips less frequently or to have a long but light wood smoke, wrap the chips in foil and puncture holes. Place the foil on the charcoal briquettes.
- End of cooking: Using the included universal lifting handle, remove the container with the remaining hot briquettes / tablets. Pull them to the side and extinguish them: pour water or cover with sand. You can immediately place the grill in the bag or carry it home.
- Cleaning: The COBB Premier Air charcoal grill is easy to maintain: fats separating from food drain into a special groove in the inner container. If you cover the inner container with foil, fats won't get onto it. After cooking, simply remove the foil and replace it with a new one. Besides the universal plate, you can wash the grill in a dishwasher. Quality cleaners for stainless steel are also recommended. We suggest GRANIT.
